Julia: I’ll make an appointment for you.
Chris: Thanks. I called before, but the receptionist wasn’t available. They told me to call back.
Recep.: Good afternoon. Mercy Hospital. How may I help you?
Julia: This is Julia Irving calling. I’d like to schedule an appointment for my friend, Chris Jackson. He says he’s dizzy. He also has a sore throat and a fever.
Recep.: When does your friend want to come in?
Julia: Well, he’s really concerning me. It should be as soon as possible.
Recep.: I’ll transfer you to the appointment desk. Please hang on.
茱莉亞：我來幫你掛號。
克里斯：謝謝，我剛才打過電話，不過櫃檯人員不在，他們要我晚點再打。
櫃檯人員：午安，這裡是恩典醫院，有什麼能為您效勞的呢？
